This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and subscriptions offered by VHWorx (Viktor Holoshivskyi). Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
We offer a full refund on all first-time purchases within 30 days of the initial payment date, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with a VHWorx product, contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
For recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly), refund requests for renewal charges should be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
Lifetime (one-time payment) purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Free plans and free trial periods do not involve payments, and therefore no refund is applicable.
